Rob Dulabon is the founder of RODU Training. His training experience began while at Pitt where he developed practice plans and workout regimens as captain of the ultimate frisbee team. He became a trainer at Chris Anthony Fitness in 2011 and led plyometric training classes at Penn State - Greater Allegheny. He focuses on strength, conditioning, and agility to improve player’s games and reduce risk of injury.
He won an MLU Championship with the Washington D.C. Current in 2014 and currently captains the Pittsburgh Thunderbirds.
