She currently has her own strategy and analytics consulting company, N-Squared Strategic Consulting, which helps clients harness the power of data and analytics to develop innovative strategies.
Impellia is a sports software and sensor-based technology company co-founded by former Pittsburgh Steelers QB Charlie Batch.

She was a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, focusing on digital marketing and social media strategy. Norma Nieto and I recently sat down to discuss transitioning from a management consulting career and starting a sports technology startup. However, the conversation quickly moved towards her passion in developing new technology for athletes looking to improve their performance. She shared her journey through the early stages of sports technology and how Merrimack College helped get her on track after being rejected by every school in the US.
